You or the parent will need to submit a little more about your child’s amazing qualities, the qualities that make your child beautiful...some of the characteristics we are looking for are courage, compassion, selflessness, bravery, perseverance....Please give examples of how he or she displays these characteristics. The write up about your child will need to be emailed to kristy@forevercapturedimages.com by June 30, 2018.

If you want to be fancy, you may email Kristy at kristy@forevercapturedImages.com a short video (about a 1 to 2 minutes) with the examples of your nominated child's true beauty.
